Please read this policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed about the process.
1. Refund Eligibility
– Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you request a cancellation within 7 days of enrolling in the program, provided that you have not attended more than one live session or consumed more than 10% of the course content.
– Partial Refund: If you request a cancellation after 7 days but before 14 days of enrollment, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee, provided you have not attended more than two live sessions or consumed more than 25% of the course content.
– No Refund: If you request a cancellation after 14 days from the date of enrollment or after attending more than two live sessions or accessing more than 25% of the course material, no refund will be provided.
2. Special Conditions for Corporate Enrollments
– For group enrollments (corporate or organizational), the refund policy will be applicable for individual participants. However, no refund will be provided if more than 50% of the group has participated in the training sessions. In such cases, the refund will be prorated based on the number of attendees who did not participate.
3. Non-Refundable Fees Certain non-refundable fees, such as administration fees, late payment charges, or subscription fees for additional services, are non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees will be specified in your payment invoice.
4. Program Transfer
– If you are unable to continue the program for any reason, you can transfer your enrollment to a different session or another program within 6 months from the date of cancellation, subject to availability. This transfer request should be made in writing. – Transfer requests are subject to an administration fee of 10% of the program fee.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that certain situations may prevent you from continuing the course, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer partial refunds or transfers to a later batch on a case-by-case basis. You will need to provide supporting documentation to request this exception.
6. How to Request a Cancellation/Refund To request a cancellation or refund, please follow the steps below:
- Submit a Refund Request Form via our website or email at upskill@nrichhracademy.com.
- Provide your enrollment details (name, course name, payment reference number, etc.).
- If you are requesting a refund after attending sessions, please specify the sessions attended and the course material accessed.
- Once the request is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund status.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method and can take up to 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
7. No Refunds for Missed Classes While we understand that personal or professional schedules may interfere with attendance, we do not provide refunds for missed sessions. However, you can access recorded sessions for the missed classes, provided that they are part of the program.
8. Modifications or Cancellations by NRich HR Academy
In rare cases, if NRich HR Academy needs to cancel or reschedule a course, we will notify you in advance and offer the following options:
- Transfer your enrollment to a different batch or session.
- Full Refund of the course fee if the new timing or batch does not suit your schedule.
We will provide timely notice of any program changes and ensure that we offer suitable alternatives to minimize any inconvenience caused.
9. Dispute Resolution In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, NRich HR Academy will resolve the issue amicably. If resolution is not reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NRich HR Academy is registered.

- This refund policy is applicable only to the programs offered by NRich HR Academy and does not apply to third-party courses or services.
- Ensure that you read the course description and terms of participation carefully before enrolling, as this will help prevent misunderstandings about the program structure and content.
